Disco Cakes Vol 2

A 4 track breaks ep (19m 6s) — released February 28th 2011 on Disco Cakes

Disco Cakes are back for their second release. After the success of the first release they have invited the Dancefloor Outlaws back and this time have bought some friends with them for another solid packed EP of 4 dancefloor shaking bangers. Kicking it off The Outlaws hit us with their trouser flappin "Get Your Boogie Down" which brings their signature take on funk with a juicy bottom end. Next up to join the party are Australian whizz kids Tom Drummond & JMC who chuck a feast for your ears with "Again & Again & Again". On the flip is another new artist Delimentry, this aclaimed DJ now drops his first slab as a producer and what a track it is - "Why Can't There Be Love" proves his knowledge for funk history with a large helping technical flare. Finishing things off we go back to Australia where Slynk has teamed up with label boss Ed Solo to rework the oh so classic "I Wish", a solid production groove with huge Ed Solo bass, this one will be styling your record bag for a long time for a long time to come!
